High school basketball tonight on KNEB.tv
There’s a pair of high school basketball doubleheaders tonight on the Rural Radio Network with Scottsbluff hosting Mitchell while Gering is home to take on Sidney.
Both of these girl/boy doubleheaders will be broadcast on KNEB.tv.
Sidney at Gering…coverage on KNEB.tv, Allo channel 190, with the radio call on 93.3 FM KMOR and streaming at KMORfm.com. Pregame will start at approximately 5:15 with the girls game scheduled for 5:30.
It’ll be the second matchup of the season for both these games.
The Sidney girls knocked off Gering 55-52 on opening night, the first round of the Western Conference Tournament.
The boys matchup for these two teams was also during the opening week of the season coming on a Saturday morning after a pair of night games and it was Sidney with the 58-49 win.
Mitchell at Scottsbluff…coverage on KNEB.tv, Allo channel 15, Mobius 1500, with radio on 106.9 The Trail, and streaming at KHYYfm.com starting at around 5:15 with the girls game set for a 5:30 tip time.
This will also be the second go around for all four of these teams. The Scottsbluff girls earned a 58-47 win over the Tigers on the second night of that season opening WC Tournament while the Scottsbluff boys beat Mitchell on night number two by the final of 59-46. Mitchell’s Austin Thyne did not play in that game (ankle).
The Bridgeport boys stayed unbeaten on Thursday night with a 44-41 home win over previously unbeaten Ogallala in a matchup of state ranked C1/C2 teams. The Bulldogs are now 10-0.
In the girls game it was Ogallala with the win by the final of 69-63. Ruthie Loomis-Goltl led the Lady Bulldogs with 29 in the loss. Bridgeport will play a pair of games at Hershey on Saturday.
