State Capitol — The Official State Christmas Tree will be lit at a carol singing ceremony in the 2nd floor rotunda on Sunday, December 11. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. and include music from local groups and the Governor’s Christmas message. Following the flipping of the switch and the lighting of the tree, those assembled will sing traditional carols. The program will conclude at 3:00 p.m.
