Fischer Statement on Veterans Day

LINCOLN, NEB. – U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, released the following statement ahead of Veterans Day:

“For generations, brave men and women across the country have stepped up and answered the call to serve. This Veterans Day, we honor those who have sacrificed so much to protect our country and defend our freedoms. Veterans represent the best of our nation. I hope every Nebraskan will take a few moments to thank a veteran for their selfless service.”
