Over the weekend, former Loper great Kamaru Usman was inducted into the NWCA Division Two chapter Hall of Fame. Before becoming a star in the UFC ranks he was national champion for the Lopers back in 2010. He was also a three time Division Two All-American in Kearney. Usman is currently preparing for a title defense against Leon Edwards in August, but just two months later he’ll see himself on the silver screen for the first time. The UFC welterweight champion is scheduled to appear in the upcoming sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which is due out on Nov. 11 from Marvel Studios.
